Personal data we process
Depending on your relationship with ROLE, we may process contact details, CV and employment history, education, qualifications, language skills, career preferences, interview notes, references, client and contractual information, correspondence, technical website data and consent choices.
Where permitted by law and necessary for employer onboarding, we may also process identification, work authorisation, tax, social-security, bank, benefits, health, disability, criminal-record or drug-test information. Sensitive information is processed only where an appropriate legal basis and safeguards exist.
We do not provide your CV to an employer before discussing the opportunity with you and obtaining your explicit agreement for that specific disclosure.
Purposes and legal bases
We process data to respond to enquiries, assess and present relevant opportunities, support recruitment and onboarding, perform client contracts, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate business interests and improve our services.
Candidate applications may involve pre-contractual steps, legitimate interests and legal obligations. Separate consent is requested where required, including future opportunities, marketing or sensitive information.
Retention periods

Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent at any time where processing relies on consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
